similar flash memory

Hi,

I plan to use you moteino with the wireless flash functionality.
But the memory "W25X40CLSNIG-ND" is not available in germany and to order it from somewhere else is ridiculous expensive.

Do you know any similar one?
I found "SRAM 23K256-I/SN SOIC-8N Microchip Technology", it has the same footprint, but I do not know if it will run with your c library.

No, Ulli, that won't work.  That is an SRAM, not a flash ROM.  If you'd like I'll try to take a look at what's available, what suppliers do you use (links would be helpful).

I prefer buerklin.de  and sometimes I need  to use conrad.de.

The issue on digikey  is, they charge 18€ for shipping and that's not acceptable for a 33cent product.
