Modofications to WeatherShield sketch to use RFM96 (433mhz).

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could suggest changes to the WeatherShield R2 (BME280 sensor) sample sketch needed to accommodate Moteinos equipped with RFM96 instead of the RFM69W/RFM69HW transceiver.
