Update 22-sep: just discovered it is not a wise idea to stick that black piece of anti ESD foam over the FTDI pins because it forms a 5K bridge between Vin and ground. In this way I had a current drain of about 1+ milliamp, and this killed the battery in 350 hours. So I removed the foam and I moved the supply of all NTC and a LDR to a digital pin, something similar is done for the battery voltage monitor. The latest graph at day 16 is here
