Starting Gateway on Boot

I recently installed the IOT Gateway using the LowPowerLab Pre-Built Pi Image.  I had difficulty getting the gateway.js to automatically start on boot.  I discovered that "upstart" was not present.  It might have been removed when I did the initial apt-get upgrade and the apt-get dist-upgrade.  I also notice that the first two lines of the logrotate.d/gateway script were missing.  Restoring those two lines and installing "upstart" solved my startup problem.  I am passing this experience along in case others may be having the same problem.

Thanks a lot!

BTW I am preparing a new setup script that will make it very easy to setup a new Pi image with the Gateway application and everything needed to support it.
This is intended to work on newer Pis (armv7, armv8) older Pis also (armv6) and will work on the jessie debian distribution. It should take out the guess work from this whole process and make it easy to install everything with a single command.
Stay tuned for this release!
