Netatmo - wifi thermometer and Moteino

If you can talk to it via HTTP APIs then yes. I looked briefly at the link and I think it should be doable. The wifi thermostat I implemented is an example of how you might do something similar for other HTTP accessible devices.

I waiting for delivery ordered Moteino and MightyHat from your eshop. If I obtained it then I order Netatmo thermometer and try it join to Pi gateway.
I use now thingspeak http API with another wifi IoT devices which I have.
