Moteino Gateway Dashboard questions [answered]

I have the Mighty Hat sitting on a Pi 2 using the pre-built Gateway Debian 8 build, this is node 1. I also have a GarageMote under a Moteino as node 2. Right now, the GarageMote is not yet connected to the hall effect devices, but is powered-up and shows on the subject dashboard page. Everything seems to be working correctly, but I have some questions.

1. Is there a fix for the SSL (SHA-1) error in Chrome coming?
2. The time it says it is connected is not working correctly - i.e. it either says 'Now', or it will advance up to 60 secs and reset to 'Now'. Is this because the GarageMote is only sending Metrics{} continually?

1. Not unless you create an exception in the browser, or if you use a CA SSL certificate which i haven't tried so I don't know if it's doable on an IP address without a domain.
2. Is this for the garage node? It must mean there's some packet coming periodically from the GarageMote?
