Title: Soldering transceiver to Moteino
Post by: dpage on November 04, 2016, 05:42:29 PM
Like a newbie, I bought the RFM69W transceivers separate from the Moteinos. Can I solder them myself?  Do I just solder all the edge "pins" that line up to the pads on the bottom of the Moteino, or is there a more careful schematic I need to follow?

I have never soldered one but I found a video that might give you an idea how to do it;

Just look at how it's done on others.
As a rule of thumb, the RF IC on the radio module is always farthest from the "ANT" pin hole.
