Title: RTS pin on Moteino

I have a USB FTDI adapter but it doesn't have an RTS pin. All of the other pins on the USB FTDI adapter are there though.

Noob question but is this important?

No it doesn't. I ordered another one that does have both RTS and DTR, but I still wonder if it's possible without DTR/RTS

That pin is used to reset the Moteino and put it in bootloader mode for your sketch upload. Last resort is manual reset (short RST to GND) just before clicking upload.
