Anyone have good ideas for a (cheap) plastic enclosure? I'm planning to put the Moteino on one of Adafruit's "mint tin size" perma-boards[0], but want to have a plastic case. You know, for reasons. I found this[1] from Polycase, but wondered if you guys know of something better?

Polycase is probably your best bet. Their products are good and they have a lot to choose from. Sparkfun used to have a nice plastic enclosure (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/retired/8632) but it's 'retired'.
