Reflashed MoteinoUSB problem

Last time I burned a sample program in moteino (USB), the burnig went weel but 3 seconds later windows 10 showed messaging saying USB device not recognized. keeping all connected, if I press reset button on moteino I see led flashing for some moments and the USB device is weel recognized and listed in arduino ports but after led stops flashing the windows shows messagem again saying that usb device not recongized.
I tried the same with other moteino and everything happens again. Now these 2 moteinos are not recngozed in windows 10 and in ubuntu either.

Help needed please.

Did you reflash the AVR completely? Ie with a ISP programmer?
The Moteino-USB chips actually interface to the host via an FTDI231xs chip which is a serial bridge and regardless what you do with the AVR chip it should not become unrecognized.

Well, I dont know why but now (after all these hours disconnected) it is well recongized by windows 10 (COM3) but now, when I send a sketch it takes a long time and then it says:

avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding
...

while the moteino LED is flashing due to the previous burned sketech

It seems that the moteino is busy
