Need a replacement regulator for moteino R4

I have joined the ranks of folks that nuked their regulator and could use a replacement.  After some searching of the forum and was able to desolder the toasted regulator and get my moteino up and running with 2x AA batteries.  However, I was unsure which was the correct replacement part based on finding multiple replies to posts.
