as Felix is saying, it is hard to debug with only one Moteino.
Do you have any other Arduino? UNO, Nano?

If you have any Arduino you can use it as a ISP programmer and check that the Moteino has a working bootloader. You can even use it to load sketch with it.
Please confirm if you have any Arduino and I will give you more details.


what next i have arduino mega and aruino uno
