Hello Moteineers,
Sorry KanyonKris et. al. for being so slow to get this out.
I use the 328p Moteino EEPROM to store info that makes each of my radios unique.
Some of the info includes its ID, options(high pwr, external ram), calibration factors for frequency error, and the implementation date.
My sketches then read the data into a radio 'state' structure. The sketch then knows if it needs to enable 'high power', offset the freq because of the crystal, ... based on the EEPROM state data. This makes life a lot easier since one sketch will work with all radios. No need to customize sketches for each RFM69.
To use it, just load it into a Moteino and open the monitor. It has built in help(?). You can view existing locations(q) and edit them. It does require the use of my 'CMD_LINE' library that I posted here a week or so ago. You will need to install it.
I've been learning 'Git' and set up a repo at GitHub. If I've done everything correctly you can get 'MoteInit' and the 'CMD_LINE' library at https://github.com/exothink/moteino (https://github.com/exothink/moteino).
Let me know how it goes.

John,
Thank you for publishing your work. I look forward to digging into it and using it in my projects.
