External interrupts

Do the external interrupts on both d2 and d3 work the same way as each other. Can you have a different interrupt on each pin? (I ask because d2 is connected to the radio?)

D2 is taken by the transceiver.
D3 is free, usable as INT1 (interrupt 1).
They work the same way.
