I was wondering if there is a schematic and parts list for how to build your own Moteino? I'm actually more interested in building a breadboard version of it, so I might need to convert the components into bread-board friendly versions.

I can not find the resonator you are using in your schematic.
Could you give me the specific type or the supplier you are using?
