Documentation for Solder-Bridges

There are 4 solder-bridges on the Moteino m0 namely VMON_EN_A, VMON_EN_B, DIODE_BYPASS and LED_EN.
I was searching for some documentation for what they are intented or cases when to use them and impact on
power consumption. I think LED_EN is a obvious case but i could use some clarification for the other three.

They are seen in the schematic, pretty obvious what they do if you just look at that.
But anyway I added a small section in the MoteinoM0 page that explains each.
