I am looking for someone knowledgeable with Moteino boards to build a transmitter and receiver as detailed in by this link. https://lifehacker.com/5990514/make-your-own-snail-mail-notifier-to-get-alerts-when-the-mail-carrier-drops-off-the-mail

I would also like to utilize the Lowpowerlabs solar power option for the transmitter. or set it so it only operates during daylight hours. https://lowpowerlab.com/2017/09/15/weathershield-supercapacitor-tiny-solar-cell/

I'm looking for the most transmit power i can get

I recommend the motion sensor notifier instead of any other design. This has been what I used for the past several years and it's been low power and accurate.
