Min and Max Input voltage

HI Felix,
What is the Min and Max input voltage for the MightyBoost? I looked and the datasheet for the MAX 1551/5 and the MCP73831/2 for the SOT-23 but they did not match the pinout of the chip on the board.

Hey Jarrod,
Do you refer to the uUSB input or the JST battery input?
First is 5V (charging chip is MCP73831) and JST expects anywhere from 3V to 4.2 which is the max for a LiPo.

What about the 5V line? Is that just going to the 5V line on the Pi? I'm having some difficulties getting the power to work over long cable distances (doing some passive PoE stuff). I'm interested in bumping the voltage a bit, but want to know what the specs are on the 5V input line.

The limits are the same as whatever the Pi requires. You should not try to go over 6v or below something like 4.5v. I would really stick with between [4.8, 5.5]v.
