Uni of Texas is doing a free embedded system course based around a TI ARM processor board

Although this is not on the AVR microcontroller chip used in Arduino/Moteino but it is still useful for many users interested in tinkering with microcontroller and  ARM based chips are used in many other small system like Raspberry Pi.
