Is www.rocelec.com   Rochester Electronics a well known reputable reliable supplier of electronic components?

Never heard of them, but they do come up in search listings for some generic parts (2n3904 NPN transistor or atmega328p-au) although the pricing is all over the place.
So I guess they might be legit..
