Using Arduino Nano with RFM69W

Hi Guys,
I would like to ask some questions please on the RF69 Library's that can be downloaded from this website.
I have an Arduino Nano v3.0 which I have wired according to the info on the Sparkfun website.
Before I even connected any board to my PC I thought I would open a simple program from the examples file.  I downloaded all the appropriate RF69 and SPIFlash libraries etc.  I am using the TxRxBlinky code and have edited it to suit the frequency board I have and type of board.
When I click on verfiy I keep getting the following error shown below.  I realise the code is written for the Monteino and this may be a silly question but do I need to load the Monteino core files into the Arduino IDE so it recognises the board type?

I really want to get the RFM69W module working with the Nano so and I am hoping to change this software around to suit the Nano.
I haven't done programming for a long time but would like to get back into it so I am a little rusty.
Is there any code anyone has used for the Nano to talk to the RFM69?  It just needs to be a basic code that works to get me started then I should be fine.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Here is the first line of the error I get.  There are more errors than this:
"In file included from C:\Users\aburfitt\Documents\Arduino\libraries\SPIFlash-master\src/SPIFlash.h:48:0,
                 from C:\Users\aburfitt\Documents\Arduino\libraries\RFM69-master/RFM69_OTA.h:51,
                 from C:\Users\aburfitt\Documents\Arduino\libraries\RFM69-master\RFM69_OTA.cpp:33:"

I don't use the Moteino core but Felix explains when or if you need to load it.  See here;

https://lowpowerlab.com/guide/moteino-programming/arduinoide/

I use the Arduino Uno as suggested in the link above

Looking at your errors it appears you did not remove -master from the library folder after you installed it (unzipped it).

"In file included from C:\Users\aburfitt\Documents\Arduino\libraries\SPIFlash-master\src/SPIFlash.h:48:0,
                 from C:\Users\aburfitt\Documents\Arduino\libraries\RFM69-master/RFM69_OTA.h:51,
                 from C:\Users\aburfitt\Documents\Arduino\libraries\RFM69-master\RFM69_OTA.cpp:33:"

Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply Sparky.
I think you are right.  That is what happens when you try and do these things when you really should be in bed as its late  :)
I will try again tonight.

Ok so I got rid of the first errors by not reading the instructions properly.  But what do these errors mean?
Is there a way to edit them or change them to work with Arduino Nano?
Sorry I realise this is probably a simple question for most of you.  I hope someone is able to help.
Thanks.

Thanks SSMall, I have loaded the SPI Flash library and it is showing as being there in my list of libraries.
I have done it all backwards.
I will remove them and do it all again.
If that doesn't work does anyone else have any suggestions?
