POLL : Should the forum be mobile friendly? [SOLVED]

Admin Update: the site is now mobile ready, anyone browsing from a mobile device should be able to see a new mobile theme allowing most functions from the desktop version. At any time you can switch between the two via a link at the bottom of the screen.

Hi all - you may have read the topic about the forum being Mobile friendly. Currently it is using SMF forum sw and that has no mobile friendly app or option.

So the question is - what level of interest is there to make the forum more mobile friendly? i.e. you could use Tapatalk or something similar and the forum experience on a mobile device would be as good as using email etc on a mobile is. Granted - a desktop is ALWAYS going to be a richer experience but forums can be awesome on Mobile devices and it enhances the closeness of interaction within the community. 

Note : This question does not detract from the great work Felix has done with Moteino and the forum and he has sanctioned this poll.

I am looking around to find something hopefully seamless that will not affect the desktop experience but make it more easy to manage on small mobile screens.
If someone has experience with that let me know!

I do like to keep track of threads that interest me when I'm traveling and that does mean panning and zooming on my smartphone.  It can be done, and I do don't it a lot, but it would be nice to have something more suited to the task.  I put this at a much lower priority (for me) than a 2xAAA sized LP Mote

Very cool...I didn't think it supported SMF .. nut it does!, perfect, this would by far be the easiest way to get the forum mobile friendly.  I've used tapatalk before, it's quite good.! I'm happy to put some $$ info the kitty if required.

Ok, forum is now mobile enabled, it should automatically switch to the mobile theme on mobile devices.

Not sure about tapatalk, I am not interested to focus in supporting both a mobile theme (which carries an annual subscription) and also a mobile app.
The mobile theme looks good I think. Everyone can open a browser so I will focus on improving that. Thanks for polling this though.

Seconded.  I've not found this forum to be unfriendly at all.
