Just starting in lowpower and really need help

Please give me sites to go to that are for beginners.  I know nothing about arduino or moteino or programming.
I need help in learning from the beginning but everything I see assumes that the person already knows basics.

Thank you.  And are there good books for early beginners?

There may be but I am not aware of any.  Everything I know on the subject (not calling myself an expert) was learned first from Google and then here.  The forums here have far better and more detailed information than anywhere else I've seen.
