book for antenna theory

Could someone point me to a good tutorial or book for antenna theory?  I want something that starts from the bottom up, that assumes I know nothing, but gets high level.

The ARRL Antenna Book would be good starting point. It certainly ticks the box for 'from the bottom up' but depending on how deep you want to go down the rabbit hole you may want to look at other material.
