RF69 hardware version

Hi,
Any idea what hardware version of the RFM69W 433MHz comes with the moteino? Currently have anarduino's with RF modules with the text RF69 1547 printed on it. Not the usual 1503 which might be version 1.0 as RS components seem to stock module version 1.1.

Where exactly do you read this version? On the RF chip? Or on the back of the PCB?

Hi,
On the RF chip. I can see that the datasheet on your shop website is for the V1.3 module. Note sure the differences between versions, just want that most up-to-date chip possible.
