an innovative stripboard

I just stumbled across what seems like a clever kind of perf board:

For a one-off build of a circuit that's not too complicated, it seems like it would be faster than making/ordering your own PCB, and a bit neater/faster than using jumper wires on regular perf board.
  Anyhow, since most people here probably do connect circuits to their Moteino, I thought it might be of general interest.
