WeatherShield - I2C address change possible?

Does anyone know if you can change the I2C address of the SI7021 chip?  Unfortunately I have another board that also uses 0x40.  From reading the SI7021.cpp file I saw a line that set the I2C address to 0x40.  Can I change it there or is it set in firmware?  Or, is there an option on the WeatherShield board to change this address?

It should be a crime to create an I2C device that has a hardcoded physical address.

Lucky for me my other board is hackable to change it's I2C address or I would have to swap out the WeatherShield.
