I haven't put together a BOM for these, all the components are pretty obvious what they are, the PSU and relays have parts numbers, resistors, diodes and transistors as well. The fuse is a 0.5A rated for the chosen voltage. Other than that it's really not much to it.
Well not being a electrical engineer simply picking a 1.5k resistor out of the many options can be a bit confusing and I wasn't able to find some part numbers when searching on DigiKey. There are so many options but I'm trying to learn :) Your SwitchMote1x30A is close to what I want in one of my projects I working on but it's a little to big and I'm hoping to be able to add a current monitor as well.

They are simple 1/4W resistors.
