There is some nice small footprint RFM69 shield (homebrew version)

Is there any ready made (small form factor) RFM69 board for RPI?

Yes. The Open Energy Monitor project (openenergymonitor.org) makes one.

These use the RFM69CW (compatible with RFM12B) radios at 433mhz, so if you use them with Moteinos, just make sure to use the same.
