Yes. The Open Energy Monitor project (openenergymonitor.org) makes one.

These use the RFM69CW (compatible with RFM12B) radios at 433mhz, so if you use them with Moteinos, just make sure to use the same.
I wanted something like that too, but my solution is more integrated and self contained, with lots more features and optional LCD, it's called the MightyHat. I make and support this piece of hardware.
