A Japanese student gave me the following link to help me, its 7.5mb in size but worth it.
It has precompiled optiboot with tiny tuner in the bootloader, everything is in english, this is gold i tell ya :o

It appears to be some kind of optiboot bootloader that fits in the attiny84 and attiny85.
