Well I have transitioned away from Fritzing as it was limited and am now using Eagle, I think I mostly have the hang of it....
I have designed a new version of my HY28B to Moteino interface board that incorporates the relays on board as well. I have attached the board file below, any thoughts or suggestions welcome... note some of the R values are wrong and there are a couple placements that need tidied up...
In addition to the BRD, for ease of review in the forum, could you post a PNG screenshot of your board with both TOP/BOTTOM or relevant layers you want feedback on?
Meant to post this a little while ago, it's a screenshot of the board. I guess my main question is if the level of isolation for the relays is enough ?
My first guess is NO, but it depends how much current/voltage you run through those relays.
Interesting, why do you think that Felix, the 3mm traces for the relay to terminals are on the bottom layer and there is no ground plane on the bottom layer. I've include a TVS in similar fashion to the Switchmote. I'd be grateful for a brief comment on why you think the isolation is not sufficient.
The load on the relays will be max 5 amps, voltage is circa 220-240v.
If those traces carry a lot of current you don't want anything anywhere near them, on TOP or BOTTOM layers. Also high voltage creapage slots might be required if you run mains.
Ah.... creepage slots.... an excellent suggestion !!
