Can someone tell me what the numbers at the upper left part of the oled screen mean?

All left it reads 1/2 and besides that at for instance 1000 uamp it reads 2478?
What do both mean?

The "1/2" means the CR is using half ADC reference where possible (ex in the lower range) for increased resolution of readings.
The other number is the ADC reading.

IOW:

The ADC uses 2 references: full reference and half reference. When using half reference it will show the "1/2" symbol. The half reference allows better accuracy depending on the range of measurement. The number next to it is the RAW ADC reading of the MCU. It is more for debugging, not something you should worry about.

Ah, ok, thanks, i thought it would have something to do with the ad conversion 👍🏻
