Incorrect readings in mA uA nA

Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a CurrentRanger and noticed incorrect readings in all modes.

Possible cause of the issue
After charging the battery and disconnecting USB, I briefly connected a 3.3KΩ resistor to the output while the device was off. Could this have caused the issue? The currents should be low, so I wouldn't expect damage.

Test setup: CR123A (3V), Fluke 615, CurrentRanger in series, DUT: 470KΩ (1.11

Can you tell me what the shunts look like?
There was a small batch that had an incorrect shunt mounted for the nA range, see attachment.
The correct readings for the shunts should be R01, X10 and 10K.

Thanks for the support! I purchased the CurrentRanger about two months ago. Here is the photo of the shunt resistors.

Yup that's the problem. An email was sent out to all those with these units but perhaps you haven't seen it or it went to spam.
It has never happened to me before but it looks like I made a batch with a 10ohm precision shunt in the place of the 10k precision shunt, by simply reloading the machine feeder with the incorrect part. During testing this will pass because I test the autorange function and it immediately switches when I apply the preset current values from the lowest to highest range.
If you have the ability to replace this resistor, which is pretty easy if you've done any SMD soldering work before, then I can ship you the resistor, this would be the quickest solution.
Otherwise we can have it returned and repaired at no cost to you. Let me know what you prefer.
