Current Ranger and CurrentViewer Plotting

Hello, I had a general question regarding the uses of the Current Ranger and how to plot graphs. Does CurrentViewer plot average current on its graphs as when I am plotting it on a different digital oscilliscope I get the reading of 20mA peak triangular wave and on CurrentViewer I would be getting an average reading of ~10mA. The triangular wave is not visible on CurrentViewer as it seems to be a lot of noise.

It always outputs instantaneous current, it does not do any averaging.
How do you get a 20mA triangular current?
And what is that triangular current frequency?
