CR wont turn on after a power off.

Hi recently bought the CR (full set), and I have a problem with it. After turning it off by pressing the switch for 2 seconds, or waiting fot the auto turn off, it wont turn on again.

To turn it on again I need to remove the battery and usb, and wait for 2 to 10 seconds, and then it will turn on again... until the next turn off.

CR fw is 1.1.3, and apart from this it is wonderful. Any help to solve it is appreciated (sorry for the contact mail, just have sent it when I read that it shouldn't be used for support), as it is very unpractical as I cannot screw the CR box with this issue.
