Warning - problems using the Win Store version of Arduino IDE

FYI - I had a lot of problems with the Win Store version of the IDE and MS's decision now that everything in Docs/Desktop/etc should be stored on OneDrive.

Using the manually downloaded version of the IDE and setting the default directory to a directory that is NOT on OneDrive helped.
