BATT_CYCLES , in WeatherNode - what does it do ?
« on: November 06, 2019, 07:08:14 AM »
Have had problems getting the WeatherShield program to work, mostly with waking after sleep and time between reporting data, mostly corrected by now, after much reading of forum posts.

The WeatherNode.ino  (5/1/2019) defines a variable named :  BATT_CYCLES
it seems never used, and  BATT_READ_LOOPS  seems to have replaced it.
period_t at first seems similar, but the comment {which is appreciated} suggests it is used by a library.
Wondering if BATT_CYCLES is used, or if it is a leftover from a previous version of the code.
     Thanks.

If you refer to this sketch, then it's not used, probably left over from previous sketch version.
