Voltage drop across ATX board

I am getting a power loss across the board. The voltage checked with voltmeter on the contacts of the board show 5.294 and the output also checked with voltmeter at the board is 4.840. I am getting a low voltage to the pi warning, and the red led is not illuminating on the pi. All solder joints checked. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Somehow I did not see this post until now. It's important to keep all connections very short and with very good quality wiring, thicker wire to reduce any drops across wires.
A 4.8v should still power the Pi without much issue, unless there are more significant drops during heavier load, which are not apparent or easy to spot with a multimeter.
Which ATXRaspi revision was this?
