Recommend Poly Fuses for ATXRaspi

Hi,
I'm trying to find out where I can get the proper poly fuses for the ATXRaspi.  What are recommended part numbers and manufacturers?  And who carries them in the U.S.A?  Thank you in advance!

I think it should be a PTC similar to what the Pi is using. Most importantly it has to pass 5v and trip load should be around 2A probably.
