Hello World  ;)

So, I got everything wired up and connected.
When I try to follow the guide ( https://lowpowerlab.com/guide/atxraspi/assembly-install/), the system doesn't behave like descreibed.

1. when I
sudo bash shutdownchecksetup.sh
I get a popup box where I have to choose from Polling mode oder Interrupt mode ... ??
2. Pressing the Button --> nothing happens
3. holding the Button --> Raspi immideately turns off...

I am using the "Musicbox" image

Can anyone help a noob ?..pls..?

Felix

Can you power up the Pi from ATXRaspi (1 single button press)?
What distribution is Musicbox? This is probably the problem, and the setup script I created did not work on your distro.

Hi Felix,

I finally managed to get it running.
The problem was a missing "&" in the rc.local for another script that is triggered there.

Anyhow: what about that popup box asking for interrupt or polling mode ?

Musicbox is raspian based distro that come with a mpd server http://www.pimusicbox.com/

Go with interrupt based, it is more CPU efficient. If that for some reason causes problems or does not run correctly with ATXRaspi, switch to polling mode (uninstall script, remove from rc.local and reinstall and pick polling).
