Change GPIO i2c Problem

Good afternoon wanted to know if you can change the listening ports GPIO. Since I have set up the BASH file with the GPIO 2 and 3, disabling the i2c, but does not work. Using the BASH file standard GPIO ports, everything works correctly...

You should be able to. But you will have to figure out what GPIO pins are used by other system processes and disable/free them.
