ATXRaspi Does Not Power Down After Successful Shutdown

Hi Everyone,

Im using a RPI 4 with a Digione Allo hat and Volumio installed as the OS.

Following the install guide on the site I have partially completed successful installation of the ATXRaspi within my setup.

I can successfully boot up and shut-down the pi, however the ATXRaspi doesnt cut the power after the shut-down. On a shutdown press the LED pulses slowly for approx 50 seconds but does not cut power. I know this issue was mentioned in the guide, but the given cause seems to be due having a slower micro SD card. I do not believe to be the cause in my case as i am using a sansdisc card rated at 80/MBs.

When I try to manually run this command: sudo python shutdownirq.py

I get this error message

import RPi.GPIO as GPIO
RuntimeError: This module can only be run on a Raspberry Pi!

I can verify that GPIO is installed as I can see/ interact with it in the python console.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

Thanks :)

Felix

Likely because of a distribution/python versioning difference. The given script is for the official raspbian.
