Hi,
I have the following questons:
1)Should i see difference in rssi from a bunch of different rfm69hw radios with exactly same firmware and hardware? The difference is something around -20 in some cases without obstacles at same position and same spatial orientation of the device.

Hello,
depends... are they transmitting at the same time? Do you have the same antennas, same orientation? Do you have them too close to each other?
20dB is a lot, so no, you shouldn't see that much

Exactly same hardware, firmware, antenna and orientation and enclosure.
Is it possible two brand new rfm69hw transmit a different power even being configured with same firmware? (Same setpower level for instance)

I don't think that is possible, no.
Do you have both transmitters on at the same time or just one at a time?
