Moteino 8Mhz with RadioHead Library

Since i ordered couple of Moteino's (8mhz variant without Radio's and SPI). I would prefer to use library provided by low power lab.
In case, for testing purposes, if i intend to use it with Radio Head library, there are any software constraints i need to consider ?
SPI baud rate with RFM69 may be ?

The only limitation I'm aware of is the Serial baud rate is limited to 57600.  No changes to the Low Power Lab library are needed.
