Flashing bootloader (with RFM69HW and FLASH MEM present)

Hi,

I'm currently reflashing home made Moteino with Wireless bootloader from Felix. The moteino have on board RF module and flash.

For RFM12B on board, I can flash the new bootloader without any problem but I have problem when the on board module are a RFM69HW (not tried RFM69W).

If there any hack I can do to be able to flash bootloader when RFM69HW are already soldered on board ?

PS : I'm using Atmel AVRMKII Programmer with Atmel studio. Looks like Fuse setting (for 1K bootloader) went wrong and bricked my devices
