Hi Felix,
I was wondering if you could post the source of the modified SAM-BA bootloader which has been external flash-ified? Would like to experiment with some more OTA programming.
Thanks!

It appears there might be a bug (unconfirmed at this time) in the bootloader.
I would like to avoid releasing it at this time due to this. I am looking to get that reproduced and resolved.

What did you have in mind?
The OTA part should work just fine at the moment.
