rfm69w vs rfm69cw vs rfm69chw

I am really new to the rf radio technology so if I ask a stupid question, it is because I don't really understand as well as I should.  I am working on it  .

I have an internal project, it is not for sale, just used as an internal project.    As such, I am trying to keep the cost down.

I want to use the base rfm69 radio and I am trying to figure out if I will loose any useful capability if I just use the rfm69w radio.

With this radio I can use the 3.3v source from the teensy 3.1 that I will use to support the radio.  Is this correct?

If I use the radio's with the 'h' designations I will need to add a regulation circuit to supply power to the radio. 

All I think I need is reliable communications with a maximum range of 100 to 150 meters. 

If this is discussed somewhere, a pointer would be appreciated.

Multiple discussions in the forum that touch on your topics.
All radios are the same in functionality but not the same in layout/format, the HWs are higher power so your 3.3V source needs to provide short bursts of up to 130mA for the radio.
The W/HW radios are the same format. The CW/HCW are different (smaller). I believe the CW matches the RFM12B pinout but not the HCW.
