Reading Battery Voltage on Power Shield [answered]

Hi All

I am having trouble in get the voltage from A7 on the power shield.
I read through all your forums and double check my connections.

Everything is working fine but analogRead(A7) is reading 0 all the time.
Appreciate any guidance - Thank you in advance!

This is a Power Shield and not Weather Shield so my understanding is that there is no BJT.

Do you have a battery connected to the JST connector on your PowerShield?

Thanks - this works as expected and I did not have a battery on the JST port.
