Title: Modifying the sketch "BME280_ino" to work with the RF96 transceiver
Post by: r.rabin on July 21, 2017, 11:42:16 PM
Is there a sketch which can be used to send periodic weather readings from the WeatherShield with Moteinos equipped with the rf96 transceiver?

Can the sketch "BME280_ino" be modified to work with the rf96? If so, what changes need to be made?

When compiling "BME280", I get the following errors:

BME280_ino.ino:128:3: error: 'RFM69_ATC' does not name a type

It would help us help you if you posted the code.

Sorry. Here is the code:

// WeatherShield R2 (BME280 sensor) sameple sketch that works with Moteinos equipped with RFM69W/RFM69HW
// It sends periodic weather readings (temp, hum, atm pressure) from WeatherShield to the base node Moteino
// For use with MoteinoMEGA you will have to revisit the pin definitions defined below

Title: Modifying the sketch "WeatherNode.ino" to work with the RF96 transceiver
Post by: r.rabin on July 23, 2017, 04:27:51 PM
Please disregard my previous message.

Here's the correct version of the sketch (WeatherNode) I used:

https://github.com/LowPowerLab/RFM69/blob/master/Examples/WeatherNode/WeatherNode.ino

Some of the compile errors are listed below. I would like to modify the sketch to work with the RF96 transceiver. Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you!
